According to a brewer at Mcmenamins, we had the correct recipe. He even wondered if it had been posted from a past Mcmenamins brewer. He inquired about our hops. Specifically our IBUs. What should have been 23 IBUs in the recipe we pushed to 35. He seemed to approve. I am excited to taste it. If it’s anything like what we drank the morning of brew-day, I’ll be a happy brewer.

I’m excited to hear more about the interview with the Brewer and to taste this beer. I think this was our most efficient day of brewing yet. Everything seemed to flow really well and the process was fun!

You guys are SO awesome! I LOVE the video, but who is the weird guy that just stares? lol Matt, I was literally laughing out loud as I watched you in the video. You should always be the guy that stares and eats something.
Great job everyone! You guys need to make a video for each brewing session, you are all so hilarious together!
